"On August 30, I went to Dr. Luo's clinic to have my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist Situ was very patient and supported me while taking photos. He was very relaxed during the whole process of cleaning his teeth. His hands were very light, his technique was very good, and it didn't hurt at all. Fei, the front desk clerk, works hard and provides enthusiastic service. Every time I go to the clinic, she helps me book a ride and solves my problems. It was dark and I was waiting for the bus outside. A staff member asked me to sit in the clinic and wait for the bus. I was very touched. "Based on my experience, I would recommend this office. After many years of not seeing a dentist ,COVID restrictions, I had lost a few fillings and I realized that I needed to see a dentist.
I received x-rays, a deep cleaning and 8 fillings. I found both the hygienist and dentist to be skilled, patient and sensitive. The office staff are kind and helpful.
I have had a lot of experience with different dentists throughout my life, some of which have been horrible and I was somewhat nervous about seeing a dentist again.
