With the new advanced techniques of the All-on-4 concept, bone graft is no longer necessary for the dental implant procedures. As the All-on-4 treatment consists of 4 dental implants screwed into the jaw, there are two straight anterior implants and two posterior dental implants titled at 45 degrees. The tilting technique allows the implant screw to utilize the available bone in other areas by avoiding the grafting procedure, which leaves the patient with a full set of beautiful teeth after the surgical implants are placed into the jaw.
